Looking for used GD in Montreal

Hi, new to the forum.

I'm moving to Montreal soon and am cross-shopping a GD and a first gen Matrix. I would rather the Fit obviously.

I'm wondering if anyone here knows by any chance someone getting rid of theirs in the next few months or so in that area.

I also wanted an opinion. My budget is max $7000. I refuse to drive an auto. I'm wondering if you think that's a good price to find a good one.
