Hey all, I hit a cone the other night in a construction zone that was un avoidable. Instead of going through the city of Los Angeles to get some money (cause I hear it takes forever), I'm looking to mend the issue myself. There's some paint flaking on the bottom right section of my AP2 stock front bumper from the damage and some scratches. It's not all that noticeable but in my eyes it totally stands out. I also lost the inner fender linning on the right side completely, that's going to be ordered from
www.hondaautomotiveparts.com
Anyway, I know if I went replacing the front bumper entirely it would cost more but I would get a new style if I went that route. Getting it repainted I'm sure would be over $100 easy, but it would also take care of the chips in the paint from the California freeways. Adding a lip that covers up the paint chippage would be me third option, nothing too fancy but still looks nice with the stock AP2 style.
What would you do? New bumper altogether? Repaint bumper? Or add a lip (and have it painted to match car color)?
Thanks for your help Forum
