97 accord ex ac issues

So my accord blows warm air sometimes and ice cold other times. I took it to an AC shop to diagnose the issue and they said the psi is fine and its blowing cold air, bring it back when it doesn't work. Well it doesn't work now. I jumped the pressure switch and nothing happened. What does that mean? How could I test for a plugged txv?
